Since 2022, Groundswell Project has provided a social prescribing service. Since then, we have massively expanded our offer at our flagship primary care network in West Hendon. Amongst other services, this provision includes a food market, counselling, yoga, wellbeing coaching and various therapies, all for the benefit of the local community. By connecting people with practical, personalised support beyond traditional healthcare, we help improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and address the wider factors affecting health.

Our social prescribing offer can provide your organisation with a comprehensive service, detailed in this brochure, including multi-lingual community link workers who understand patients in your community and the challenges they face, as well as access to a range of non-medical interventions that will help tackle your patients' issues and concerns in the most holistic way.
